Before the Turkey

Thanksgiving Eve we had a "Team Meeting" at work,
followed by a night out galavanting.

My assistant manager brought the goods.

And of course I was found goofing off as usual.

Finally we have a good number of girls on our team.

We're even with the guys now.

Then it was bowling time. Hahah.

I'm such a shorty.

Bowling was followed up by a good

time laughing over 1 am hot coco.

We ended the night in Christmas colors ... Rhonda was Vicodin deprived, can you tell? Haha, she's such a trooper for sticking it out all night. It's going to be insane this holiday season!

Amazing huh? This is by favorite Tony Lucca Song. {I'm still really bummed I watched Ernie Halter's only show where Tony Lucca wasn't playing}. Here's the song that got me hooked on her voice a few months ago.

Tea Time

I like tea. Correction, I love tea. Nothing new about that, but I do have a few new tea addictions. On any given day I usually consume at least one kind of tea, Earl Grey, or Passion Ice Tea, Sweet tea, Green Tea, Pomegranate Tea, Bubble Tea, Breakfast Tea, Mango Tea, or any kind of tea really. I'll try any kind, here are a few of my latest favorites.

My winter addiction: A good Spiced Chai Tea Lattte.

I say good because not just any Chai tea will do. As much as I love Starbucks, I hate their Chai. The best I've ever had was at none other than Murky, and the Tea Palance in the mall I work at is easily my second favorite.

A must try: Moroccan Mint Tea

I didn't know if I'd like it really, but my coworker from Palastine loves the stuff so I tried it. Mint teas are one of those "you either love it or hate it" type things and I love it, I can't say the same for my sister.

Thai tea, there's nothing like it!!

I got my family to finally try this Thai restaurant down the street {I love trying new places out} and It's easily become one of our favorite restaurants in the area. We've had it at least once or twice every month since. Besides their amazing Pad Thai, I LOVE their THAI TEA!! Fine, in general I love Thai tea. If they served it at coffee shops as oppose to just Thai restaurants, it'd probably be my "regular" every day. Now I want some more {I had some just a few hours ago}. And even if Thai tea is cold, I'll have it any day.

Tea = love!

I'm shamelessly in love with Alicia Block Photography.

I have been for quite some time, long before I saw her work posted on Oh Joy! I think Alicia Block was one of my first favorited shops on Etsy, I just haven't been able to share my infatuation with her work 'til now. Her work is super cute and whimsical, I'd kill to have a collection of her up on my walls.

I'm playing catch up here with collections and I'm 3 weeks behind. I wanted to share a collection from local a artist with a great Etsy shop, Feather Brain. I love her headbands and thought this was the cutest thing on her shop profile "When I'm not crafting, I can be found terrorizing the streets of DC on my motor scooter."

Fairwell Flip

I'm so sad Flip.com is closing down!!! They emailed me today and also suggest to print out our flip books so we can have them for keeps. This was one of my summer addictions last year I'm sad to say goodbye to it. Here's my 'tis the season' flipbook from last Christmas ..

I know I made many more flip books, most I never finished or published, but my super talented friend Aileen did, and she made a handful. She even won a trip to Las Vegas to watch and meet Nelly Furtado from Flip.
