"Susie" for a night

Last week one of my homeboys {Enrique} cooked me and my family dinner as his "going away present" for he is the one going .. hahah. He is quite the Susie homemaker he mentioned, and even worked the apron! His cooking was delicious and of course since he's such a health nut, it was all so healthy.

My home fries made some fat free french fries, homemade stuffing,
and some BBQ chicken, and he did such a great job.

I love my home fries and I can't believe he's moving to NY for acting ... I'll truly miss him, especially having had the summer that we had, growing in our friendship and building each other up along the way. I'm so blessed to have him in my life and I know the Lord has HUGE plans for him in NY. I pray that he does well in acting school and one day see him on the big screen! Haha.

I can't wait to visit Mr. "Susie" in NY this year.
I'm hoping to make a couple trips.. anyone want to come with?

this is my prayer in the desert

I just got an email from our Praise and worship leader, ate Jaylyn and she wanted to introduce this song to us, the praise band, and soon enough introduce it to the congregation. She know's how much I admire Brooke Fraser and how I've made that admiration contagious amonst us so she shared this Brooke Fraser {Hillsong} song with us, and I'm absolutely taken by it.

"All of my life in every season, you are still God;
I have a reason to sing, I have a reason to worship."

Jessica Claire, creator of the oh-so-genius and ever so lovely Shoot Sac is one of many of my inspirations when it comes to photography. I love weeping willows, and I think this is one of the most beautiful shots I've ever seen. As for her Shoot Sacs ... Christmas is right around the corner {wink wink* hehe}

"I can hear the bells"

Last week the weddings bells were ringing loud and clear ... here {after much delay} are the pictures from Richa & Jacob's wedding.

The day before the wedding, as my family does
every wedding ... we decorated the church

Then the wedding day came.

Upon arrival at the church I found the groom a bit nervous but ready for the big day to get going, and the church was just as lovely as we left it the night before {My mom alway does a beautiful job at weddings, I'm so proud of her.}

While waiting for the bride to make her way to the church, the groom got read and dressed with the help of his loving family.

Then the bride and all arrived, bouquet and all.

Sneaking into the church...

As I made myself comfy in the sanctuary a lovely couple
and I had a exchanging of pleasantries. And as I fast forward to the good stuff ...

The bridal march begain ...

Petals fell ...

... and heads turned ...

Then the bride made her way down the aisle.

Presenting: Mr. & Mrs. Enriquez

Me and "Mister Preacher Man" HAHAHAHH
i love kuya bang!

The view from the ballroom was beautiful.

It was beautiful inside as well .

They also had an amazing live band ... that I've come to the conclusion I will also have for my wedding some day. These guys were so amazing and played every song possible ... and the lead singer sounded like Micheal Buble.

Table 7 ...

... Life of the Party!!!

One of the flower girls rocked it out to "The best of both world"

Then they cut the cake.

Then the dancing began ... {see sister and me on the dance floor? hehe}

By the end of the night we were hanging with the band ...
And some how ... I ended up singing ... hehe

After a few last pictures...

... and a wave goodbye ...

The wedding was done, but theres much in store for ate Rich and Kuya Jacob that I am absolutely sure of. Praise God for wedding bliss and for photo fun ... and for opportunities galore.
