Rini & Faith LOVES YOU!

Here are a few Rini & Faith Customers who rock!!!

{Keep sending your Rini & Faith pictures my way!}

The Ica Dress

I love dresses.

I needed a dress for an engagement party today and I wasn't satisfied with the ones hanging in my closet so what did I do? I sewed me an Ica Dress, in about an hour's time! I planned nothing, and eye balled everything, and walked out of my house ready for a party with a totally new dress on, and my sew spring bag in hand.

Custom orders? ... lets talk.

Rini & Faith on the FRONT PAGE!

OH MY! I can't believe it!!! One of my items from Rini & Faith was featured on the front page of Etsy today. I was totally oblivious to this till late in the afternoon while I was at a friend's engagement party till I check my missed called and got a great message from the Bratchers letting me know that I was on Etsy's front page. It's quite exciting news and such a wonderful and unexpected blessing.

Praise God and to everyone who's been so kind to
leave me sweet comments, congrats' and encouraging words,

THANK YOU!

I really appreciate all the love,
it's what keeps me going.

Sew Spring!

I have no life, I like to home after work and do just about nothing but knit, crochet or sew. The only socializing I do is with needles and hooks, my sister's sewing machine and Mr. Mac, some times there's the occasional weekend outing with friends. So in lue of my sewing habits I actually crafted up a bag for myself for once. It's been a long time since I crafted for myself and to my surprise I made a pretty lovely bag.

I didn't use any pattern and I barely measured
anything ... YAY for spontaneous projects!

This is a dumb looking picture of me, but I just found it
funny that I matched quite well with my hat and all.. haha.

Hoy! Pinoy Ako!

Last week I got a double dose of Filipino shows, because not only
did Mason have a PCN show but {UM} College Park did as well.

Their show was called Visibility and I was there for sound check and all that jazz.

Me and Tim walked around campus for a tiny bit,

And I took a handful of pictures...

With Kermit the Turtle and friends.

At sound check the boys were ...

... putting there stuff together last minute ...

As I goofed off and did my thing and took some more pictures.

Then pre-show began.

And Tim sang up a storm.

After Tim finished his first song {Simply starving to be save by Daphny Loves Derby} his roomate's mom turns to me and asks "Was that for you?" and my answer was an obvious yes.

THANKS A MILLION TIM!

He also sang with the lovely Kim Frias, a song that is near and dear to my heart.

Then Tim and his goofy ex-roomate were cute as ever with their oldies.

Then EMANON rocked it out fosho with an awesome set of tagalog jams.

Their band is awesome and each of them are blessed with amazing talent.

Later the real show began and their Visibility play got started.

And through out the play there were intermittent
plugs of well choreographed Filipino cultural dances.

After the show there were many pictures...

The original chateau and ladies

Me and Kim matched!

Me and the rockstars!

And lastly Me and Tim. Thanks for the serenade and for the
good times! You were wonderful and I'm forever your biggest fan!
{and not big in that way silly!}

Barrel Man & Gentlemen

Last week me and the Fam went to Em-em's last PCN {Pilippino Culture Night} at Mason and it was lovely. There were tons of people, and food {though I missed out on it} and lots of culture.

Of course Em-em dearest played the mother. YAY for Em!

There was tons of laughs...

Lots of dances...

And Barrel men both big and small...

And a guest appearance by ...

Gabe Bondoc!

{My fav. track from Gentlemen EP}

He did an amazing set, opening with Damaged by
Danity Kane and he's a nice and really chill guy.

With the Fam after the show

Sister dearest! We're barely together any more
... It's nice when we do get to hang.

I love her. And I also love homies who can't take pictures,
and homies who are 10 times taller than you.

My dancing mamas!

Great show EM! I'm super proud of you and love you to pieces!
