I might not be 21 for very much longer {just a few more hours really} but I heart Forever 21 forever! Cliche I know, but I've been on the search for a fun, affordable, yet professional looking dress and though I've found many others that were beautiful, I knew Forever 21 could take care of the affordable part for me.
